There are a few different ways that vendors can connect with Sages on Sagetap, as well as various meeting types both parties can engage in. This article will provide a quick review of how Sages and vendors can engage, and what each meeting type entails.
Applications and Invites
Sages can apply to meet with vendors via the Campaigns vendors create. You can learn more about creating a Sagetap Campaign here.
Once a Sage submits an application, you can review their application and decide to accept or decline in your Inbox.
Vendors can also invite Sages to connect. You can send Sages invites based on their profiles or published initiatives on the Sage Discover tab. Search by keywords, or apply various filters to hone in on Sages that are the best fit for your product:
Call Types
There are three different call types that Sages and vendors can engage in, all providing different kinds of value based on your needs:
Product Pitch: Vendor delivers a formal sales presentation and demo, showing their complete solution, demonstrating capabilities, and sharing pricing.
βProduct Feedback: Vendor and Sage have a collaborative working session where vendors can receive candid critique, as well as showcase their product, positioning, and workflows.
βResearch Call: Vendor conducts an open Q&A designed to tap into the Sage's expertise. No sales pitch or demo β just direct, honest dialogue.
Note: Sages are required to submit a post-call feedback survey after Product Pitch and Product Feedback calls, but are not required to do so for Research Calls.
