Interaction Principles
Always remain professional and constructive by keeping exchanges respectful and solution-focused.
Contribute insights and knowledge that align with the discussion topic.
Address differing viewpoints thoughtfully, framing critiques as opportunities to refine ideas.
Keep sensitive information confidential and avoid sharing it outside the conversation.
Focus on collaboration rather than self-promotion or solicitation.
Report inappropriate behavior or content by using the flag option when necessary.
Before Sage-to-Sage Calls
Use the invitation message and the Chat feature to communicate what you hope to learn on the call.
Accept or decline requests promptly, so that your peer Sage can get the timely information they need.
Add your relevant expertise to your profile, update tools in your stack, and close initiatives so that peers can find expertise you’re willing to share.
Note : If you’ve sent or received an invitation, you can use the new Chat feature to discuss the call agenda or ask questions privately before or after the call.

During Sage-to-Sage Calls
Join on time with your camera and microphone ready.
Prepare in advance by reviewing your peer’s profile and background.
Take calls in a quiet environment where you can give your peer your full attention.
Set context by sharing your goals, challenges, or areas of focus at the start.
Engage thoughtfully by asking meaningful questions and giving your peer space to contribute.
Stay balanced and solution-oriented, keeping conversations focused and productive.
