The Inbox is your central hub for tracking applications received and invites sent, scheduling sessions, and reviewing completed meetings. The Inbox keeps all of your Sagetap activity organized in one convenient location.
Understanding Tabs in your Inbox
New Tab
The New tab gives you a complete overview of all new applications received that need to be reviewed, or invites sent to Sages that have yet to be acted upon.
Scheduling Tab
Applications or invites that have been accepted but not yet scheduled will appear in the Scheduling tab.
From here, you can:
Suggest meeting times that work for your team
Review and accept suggested times proposed by the other party
Rescheduling Tab
If a session is missed, canceled, or the current scheduled time needs to be adjusted, it moves into the Rescheduling tab. From here, you can:
Suggest new times
Accept proposed alternate times
Upcoming Tab
Once a session has been successfully scheduled, it appears in the Upcoming tab.
For each call, you can review all application or invite details ahead of the meeting.
Past Tab
The Past tab is your record of completed sessions, as well as all declined invites and applications or cancelled sessions.
For successfully completed sessions, you will be able to watch call recordings and read call transcriptions, as well as review any post-call feedback submitted.
This history helps you keep track of engagement and revisit valuable past conversations.
Columns Within Inbox Tabs
Each application is displayed in a table view with the following columns:
Sage
This will display the Sage's alias.
Call Type
Can be either a Product Pitch, Research Call, or Product Feedback Call. Read more about different call types in this article.
Status
The current state of the application received or invite sent.Sessions
The number of sessions already completed with each Sage. This is especially helpful for tracking repeat interactions.Activity
Records the most recent action taken on an application or invite. This will automatically update with any new activity.
Filtering by Date Range and Campaign
At the top right of your Inbox, you will find a Date Range filter, as well as a Campaign filter This allows you to:
Narrow your Inbox to view applications and sessions from a specific timeframe
Quickly locate recent or older interactions without scrolling through your entire history
Hone in on meetings associated with each Campaign you have published, both past and current
