Using the Sage Credit Wallet

The Credit Wallet is where you can view and manage all credits earned from Sage and vendor calls. In this article we will walk through how credits are earned, and how to manage and utilize them.


After you complete a call with a Sage or vendor, credits earned from the call will automatically populate in your credit wallet.

To navigate to your credit wallet, click on the Settings tab at the bottom left corner of your dashboard, then click Credits.

Earned credits will automatically go into a pending state for three business days, then will be available for use.

All credits earned can be used towards Sage-to-Sage calls. These calls serve as a way for senior technology leaders on Sagetap to connect directly with one another.
