After the submission of the post-session survey for a Live Pitch or completing a Research Call, Sagetap credits will automatically populate in your credit wallet and can be withdrawn at your convenience.

How It Works
Newly earned credits will be marked as Pending in your wallet
Credits become available for withdrawal 3 business days after populating in your Pending balance
You can view Available vs. Pending balances at any time
Withdraw what you want, when you want via donation, Stripe, or PayPal
Where to See Your Credits
Head to Settings → Payout to view your Credit Wallet, track your balance, and manage how you redeem your credits.
Click on the Payment Methods tab to enable or disable payout, as well as select your payout method.
