Sagetap was built as an invite-only community of top technology buyers committed to helping Vendors build better products.

We have been able to prove that providing software Vendors with access to unfiltered objections from relevant buyers at scale dramatically accelerates their decision-making and unlocks revenue growth.

Our Community Guidelines not only support Vendor success and growth, but also ensure every Sage involved is able to communicate candidly, and build relationships on their terms.

When a Vendor violates these guidelines we may take a number of enforcement steps against them including: issuing warnings; removing content; and suspending or removing members responsible.

If you come across a member that appears to break these guidelines, please reach out to [email protected].

Vendor Community Guidelines

  • Treat Sages like you would an investor or advisor.

Respond in a timely manner to interested Sages, and communicate in a friendly and professional way during each session. In addition to reviewing your solution, Sages review each presenter after each session.

Vendors who accumulate a low presenter score will be removed from the platform.

  • Do not probe for the Sage's identity.

Sages are empowered to decide when and if they would like to reveal their identity. Pushing a Sage to reveal their identity is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the platform.

Sages are encouraged to report this behavior to our support team, and offenders will be promptly removed.

  • Last Minute Rescheduling is discouraged.

Should you need to cancel a session, we ask that you let the Sage know you are unable to make a session as soon as possible. Failing to show up to a scheduled meeting without notifying the Sage is frowned upon.

Vendors who show a pattern of rescheduling consistently or of ghosting sages will be removed from the platform.

  • Do not recruit Sages.

Any recruitment activity to your company is strictly prohibited.

Sages are encouraged to report this behavior to our support team and offenders will be promptly removed promptly.

  • Do not share false or misleading information.

Content that is false, misleading, and can lead to significant risk may not be shared on Sagetap.

We may remove content if we reasonably believe its spread could result in damage to a particular person or company image.
